Could you let me know if you have any specific suggestions on this model and animation?

This is great! But the kid looks a little like an umpa-lumpa. Recommending - keeping legs the same - but shrinking the torso and arms/head but a bit, maybe making him skinnier too. I think that would make the proportions look more like a normal kid.
The swaying phase is perfect.
