Is it perhaps due to new commits pushed to Magisk Canary versions that change the file paths of su and mirror?

Device is Samsung S20 FE using latest Magisk Alpha Canary.

Still not fixed. Same issue with latest as of today on Samsung Galaxy A9 2018 (A920F) Android 10 Samsung Stock ROM one UI 2.0
