Issues uploading sketch to arduino and disconnecting pin 0

Hi, Doc & Co.

Thanks for the excellent ModbusMaster Library, got my setup working fine thanks, after disconnecting/reconnecting pin 0 when sending new code to the Wemos.

Do you know if there is a software solution to get around the issue of disconnecting/reconnecting Pin 0?

The only way that I can think of is a hardware solution involving a relay and a delay, so that it simulates the disconnecting/reconnecting of pin 0.
