Platform42 is an AI question and answering system based on deep learning technology. Platform42 semantically understands a user’s question and finds a single answer from documents. When a user asks a question, Platform42 searches for relevant documents and select several candidate documents which might have the correct answer. Then, MRC* analyzes the candidates and presents a single answer from the documents.
