As part of the global redesign heading to v1.0.0, in #354 we get rid of Bootstrap for the default theme, removing its CSS and JS dependencies (and also cleaning some duplicated assets fetching).

Additionally for that new theme, we will now use vanilla JavaScript for the features using JS.
