Filter(hide) posts with no images

It would be great if you could filter(hide) posts with no images (using the "Filter & Highlights" feature).
Mostly, for threads with so many text posts.

There's a filename filter now. /^$/ will hide text-only replies.

Sorry, but there's no filename filter:

And, if you apply the above filter to type "Comment" and tick "hide"
then it just removes posts with no text (including images-only posts) - not text-only replies.

Post in that thread, reload the page and check the Filters menu again.

My bad: the native extension was disabled... (I got confused because pressing F showed the filters, even though it was disabled). Sorry.
