This commit introduces Turkish language support to the IPTVnator application. User interface texts and messages have been translated into Turkish. Changes include: * Translation of all user interface texts into Turkish. * Addition of a Turkish language file (i18n/tr.json). * Inclusion of Turkish as a language option in the settings menu. This change allows Turkish-speaking users to interact with the application more easily and comfortably.
