issues with motherless video galleries #141

Downloading motherless video galleries, they error out eventually with "[!] Non-retriable status code 403 while downloading", attached log file. It doesn't seem to matter if set to one thread to multiple threads.

The file names seem to change each rip, resulting in duplicated files.

Looks like this was fixed in 439722d

Should be pushed in the next version (1.0.93)
