今日の感想

なんか深夜に起きてしまった
昼間にやたら鼓動が早い時間があって瞑想をした
晩ご飯を食べ過ぎた

今日の感謝

天気が良い、あったかいのは本当に嬉しい
あまり割り込みがなくて仕事に集中している時間が長かった気がする。感謝
瞑想がなんか毎日つづいていることに感謝。
仕事を切り上げるのが遅くて夜が遅くなってしまった。ちゃんと切り上げよう。
