When setting a ParameterShell with parameter name INSERT_OBSERVATION_NEW_FOI_POSITION_SRS containing the string http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/, the resulting srs name attribute will contain the string two times: e.g. http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/0/4326.
