BO1 mod installation instructions:

Back up your common_zombie_patch.ff (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops\zone\Common\common_zombie_patch.ff)

Download the latest version of BO1-HUD.

Replace your common_zombie_patch with the one inside BO1-HUD.zip.

Launch Black Ops how you normally do.
