phishing-examples

Repository which contains a set of examples used in real phishing emails. Numerous parts of these examples will be highlighted to illustrate some of the things to look out for when attempting to evaluate an email as being a phishing email or not.

Current examples are as follows:

Example Description
microsoft-password-expiration Phishing email which portrays to be from the orgnisation's IT department, stating that the victim's password has expired, attempting to get the victim to click on the link within the email.
coinbase-sms Phishing sms/text message which potrays to be from Coinbase, a crypocurrency marketplace.
apple-app-store Phishing email which potrays to be from Apple for the purchase of a mobile app via the Apple App Store, attemptig to get the victim to open the attached PDF
voicemail-sms Phishing text/sms message which potrays to be from the victim's mobile provider attempting to get the victim to access the link for a voicemail.
