Suggestion: Organize by Visibility #12

Hi,

I would like to suggest that Go Outliner to organize items by visibility first, and followed by alphabets. For instance, instead of having this:

Apple
avocado
Banana
beans
Coconut
cocoa

Now it looks like this:

Apple
Banana
Coconut
avocado
beans
cocoa

It makes it easier to see which are exported by the package, and which are not.
