This PR fixes a regression stemming from the 1.6.0 release, for further info refer to the #1128 issue.

I now added a second bug fix that revolves around empty libs after restarting a distro box, this was also discussed in #1128

I can confirm that this fixes NVIDIA integration inside Arch guest containers.

Great job everyone :) nvidia is one of the painpoints for me, as I don't own the hardware (nor I intend to own tbh :P) so help from the users is highly appreciated, thanks!
