What is this repository for? It contains three folders, including the CatBoost classification model, river feature extraction, and SHAP interpretation model. It mainly solves the problem of river system classification.
Usage
- The users using python 3 launches the py. File from any terminal.
- River system characteristics are extracted from the provided metadata.
- CatBoost model is used to train and test the data.
- Test the remaining data character.
- Finally, the SHAP model is used to analyze the influence of features.
