You just need to download or clone the project to use it. Just ensure that you are using Matlab R2016b or newer (The Mathworks, USA).
GUI_Mrk_Detection.m - Main file, used to load the DICOM files, identify the anatomical points, identify the skin markers and export/load data.
- Needs the image processing toolbox of Matlab.
