PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This graphical user interface is used to identify anatomical points of the lower limb and skin markers with radio-opaque beads on bi-plane x-rays.

Installation

You just need to download or clone the project to use it. Just ensure that you are using Matlab R2016b or newer (The Mathworks, USA).

Features

GUI_Mrk_Detection.m - Main file, used to load the DICOM files, identify the anatomical points, identify the skin markers and export/load data.

Dependencies

  • Needs the image processing toolbox of Matlab.

The proposed routine has been developed by Xavier Gasparutto (PhD), K-Lab, University of Geneva.
