Just launch the exe file.
To uninstall, simply delete the file.
Only the directory where the exe file resides is used, no %Appdata% or registry is involved.

If the environment is not Japanese, Japanese characters will be garbled, but if English is selected, there is no problem at all.
英語環境で日本語を選択すると文字が化ける可能性があるが、システムに問題はない。
