This is a re-observed SB after Vlsr shift. The original SB is at #37 and has been closed.

Calibration

No big issues.

Continuum imaging

The image looks good. The findcont results show 'OLD' and do not display plots, but based on the plots from step 38, continuum identification looks ok. This field covers Sgr B2, so the continuum identification can be improved a lot later.

Line imaging

  • spw24: Strong features in the 'line-free' mom8 map. Some lines could have been included in the line-free channels (around chan index~500). This also happens for spw16/18/20, and is a common problem for Sgr B2 fields.

  • spw26: slightly diverging, see below. Needs re-clean.

  • spw20: except for the line-free channel issue, the line profile extends beyond the window even after the Vlsr shift, but perhaps this is the best we can do...

Hipergator pipeline run line imaging

  • Only spw24 shows up in the weblog. The other images have errors like "Error in making PSF : One or more of the cube section failed in de/gridding" and do not exist in Globus. @keflavich could you take a look?

Images are missing, as @xinglunju noted. Unclear why. All of the imaging scripts exist. In the imaging completeness grid, it shows up as incomplete

This field is being totally missed by the job runner. I'm digging.

Mar 1 2023 update: only the cube of SPW24 exists, cubes of the other SPWs do not exist on Globus. @keflavich

Not running - likely problem. Missing spw 16, 18, 20, 22, 26. @keflavich

The SPW22 cube may have the stippling issue, similar to the 12m array data toward the same field (#138)

Cubes of SPW22 and SPW26 look good after increasing cyclefactor, no divergence is spotted.
@keflavich Uploading cubes of the two SPWs and relevant scripts to globus: /upload/Sgr_A_st_i_updated_03_7M_reclean/

@keflavich I'm re-running the feathering for the new statconted cubes, and I found this one was breaking due to the HNCO SPW having multiple beams (~/member.uid___A001_X15b4_Xc5/calibrated/working/uid___A001_X15b4_Xc5.s38_0.Sgr_A_star_sci.spw22.cube.I.iter1.image.pbcor.statcont.contsub.fits)

I've added some code to catch these instances on my end and smooth to a common beam, but just a heads up so you can fix it on your end too.
