Update Glenden Wood Invasion High #1499

This updates the Glenden Wood Invasion quest (130+ version) to match retail video by ImmortalBob.

Viamontian Hands now respawn about every minute, as seen on the video. They also die when the Royal Vivimancer dies.

Adds spell casting animation to Royal Vivimancer.

Resolved issue with being able to shoot spells through Mana Barrier, thus bypassing having to kill it. The Mana Barrier was failing to spawn a protective invisible barrier. This adds a new invisible barrier, now the same size as a regular mana barrier, positioned behind the killable version. This is necessary since spell projectiles will pass through any creature that is not the target. The invisible barrier is not a creature, and is able to stop projectiles.

Added multiple missing mobs seen in the video.

Connected more lever doors in the prison area, so more and more creatures are released from their cells as the levers are operated.

Removed now defunct mana barrier generator 80029, and corresponding event (viahighmanabarrier). Instead, the Royal Vivimancer now spawns the mana barrier, which then dies when the he dies.

Cleaned up linkable generator table, which contained guid entries that did not actually exist in the landblock.

Renamed reinforced door to locked gate, as seen in the video (and in the vlocs file for the landblock).

This updates the Glenden Wood Invasion quest (130+ version) to match retail video by ImmortalBob.

Corrected appearance of Sparking Crystal so it matches retail video.
The sparking crystals now also spawn 2 lightning elementals when approached, visible on retail teaser image. This is also consistent with the video - in the video, player does not approach crystals, therefore these lightning elementals are never seen.

Known issues:

Monster balance and appearance are a work in progress.
The Unknown Warrior does not attack when you talk to him. Must attack him first.
Some of the potion icons may be incorrect.

Added missing doors and portal from vlocs to the blue face paint recipe dungeon. Also added some more mobs and crates based on the single retail screenshot.

Changed blue face recipe to a generic misc item and corrected it so all info would display in the assess panel. Previously, it was a writable, but completely blank.

Increased spawn in the temple dungeon to 5 min. It had been left with the default generator from the pcap, and the retail respawn was not that slow.
