Bow icons incorrect for containing spells

Repro steps.

Loot bows off of drudges in drudge hideout and find the ones with icons that represent magic spells on bows. Have not found melee or caster weapons incorrect yet.

The log given by the failure.

No log created on server.

Desired functionality.

Bow without spells should have dull icon (no glow around weapon on icon)

Mention any other details that might be useful.

Meant to add, note the title of the bows. The specify frost and pierce in the title and I don;t think they should.

Atlatl appear to have the same issue.
