Repro steps.

Complete the Apostate Finale quest with a toon that is luminance XP flagged. You'll receive only 5K for luminance XP.
According to several resources, the first time and repeat times, the luminance XP is 35K.

Searched through known issues and did not see this reported.
If the luminance was changed in retail, can someone please provide documentation of this?
