The JUnit is not compatible with local java module dependencies at debugging mode. Remove the common restrictions on export implementation for e2e tests.

Description
All ACS Rooms Java SDK changes until Idempotency and Roles. This is to get our main branch to the latest state since this is a newly forked repository that did not contain our changes as of yet.
