General: Re-enabled the buttons that go to the "Tools" tab do to the bugs being fixed.

Fixed a bug where completely new files loaded would corrupt and cause the game to crash if you changed the individual stage deaths or time by adding a button that loads default save data with the issue fixed.
Fixed a bug where the checkboxes for "Stage 1 Completed?", "Stage 2 Completed?" and "Stage 3 Completed?" in the "Extra Tools" dialog wouldn't update according to the save file you loaded.
