Italian keyboard layout for programmers (Unix-like)

Install

1. Download and unzip the archive, then run the setup.exe file inside the folder on your Windows OS

• If Windows Defender SmartScreen is enabled, in the window that opens click More info and then Run anyway
  • In case, allow also on UAC (User Access Control) window by clicking Yes

2. Press Windows key + space and select it

• If the keyboard is not automatically added, go to: Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region > Italian (Italy) (...) > Language options (...) > Add a keyboard > Italian (Programmers | Unix-like)

3. Remove the other keyboard (Italian) so that only this one remains to replace it: Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region > Italian (Italy) (...) > Language options (...) > Italian > Remove (...)

Use

• For backtick: AltGr + ' = `
• For tilde: AltGr + ì = ~
