Intructions:
- The inputs are described in the documentation of the paper
- Run "InstallPackages.R" first to assure that all necessary packages are installed.
- "Bound_DOWNdata_DiffBinding.R" is the script to extract information for Down regulated genes
- "Bound_UPdata_DiffBinding.R" is the script to extract information for UP regulated genes
