Добавление возможности зарегестрировать кастомный
OpenIdConnectEvents, а также возможность унаследоваться от уже существующегоEsiaEvents. Внесенные изменения позволяют добавлять дополнительные параметры в первый редирект в ЕСИА, а также, к примеру, переопределить механизм редиректа, если он отличается (требуется при интеграции с Цифровым Профилем).
