First import of gtest 1.3.0.

Currently builds only under linux.
Support for darwin and windows will be added later.

Removed unecessary make files for other systems.
Added Android.mk to build the libraries and test suite on host.

Will enable the target build when the aSTL is available.

Added NOTICE and MODULE_LICENSE files.

Tests are tagged with 'eng' and 'tests'
