I have no idea why some mods have it not, but if a mod lacks the PublishedField.txt rwm just returns the following message:
Could not find PublishedFileId.txt in path /Applications/RimWorld.app/Mods/VanillaIdeologyExpanded-Memes/About
And crashes

Hi. You downloaded it from steam or by hand?

Can I get a copy of the folder of the mod or something?

I tried fixing a few before posting and all of them are either from GitHub or fetched through https://steamworkshopdownloader.io, Ideology Expanded, specifically has been downloaded through the downloader.
I do not own a copy on steam, so I cannot say it with 100% confidence but it should be pretty much the same.

Seems the issue is with the file https://steamworkshopdownloader.io hosts. steamcmd does provide the file.

I'll push a commit that does not crash when missing.

It should be ready now. To update re-run the installation command
