Fix issues with Twitter APIs

I'm not certain what has happened with the weekly updates here, but I noticed that the Twitter OpenAPI definition does not appear to have been updated for a long time.

Specific things that could be improved here (I'm not sure how to send a PR for these)

• remove the twitter.com/labs APIs, since this has been retired. Technically api.twitter.com/labs/2/openapi.json is still there for now, but Labs is ending on Oct 31 2022
• refresh the twitter.com/current/2.21 document (the current version today 2022-09-28 is 2.49, and it continues to be updated as new features are added)

Hi. I've unfortunately been away from this project for some months due to illness and the manual steps which are not yet fully automated (i.e. those that don't immediately work well as a GitHub action) have not been run.

That said, I'm trying to get back to this now, and have updated the twitter current API definition.

I'm going to start a discussion on removal of shuttered APIs (#1110), please pitch in with your thoughts.
