A few weeks ago when fixing the zooming on the graphs I added a cursor change when the mouse was over an axis to show it could be scrolled along with the mouse. This hasn't been working well though because that cursor is showing up all over the place where it shouldn't be.
Removing that bit of code for now, can always revert it back again later if we want to take another crack at doing that.
