WEP Security fix for Cypress Target Kits

Summary of changes

Fix NSAPI_SECURITY_WEP association for Cypress Kits.
The WEP key is hex char array and use memcpy (instead of strncpy) to copy the key.

This will fix the NSAPI_SECURITY_WEP for Cypress Kits
