Gitlab submodule is not accessible

I suspect that there is an error of repo URL in .gitmodules: it looks like a private Gitlab instead of the public Github.
Access to this submodule is refused:

The url is wrong but, the right repository isn't public too.
This repo is no more supported in public but keep supported in private. If you are interested in Agefodd contact our customer service or view the Dolitore

Ah? I don't understand much that choice but I respect it.
Do you still review PRs for v5 and if yes, on which repo?
