Unable to find path to Python.exe

Hi guys, I tried installing Stable Diffusion, but when I get to the step where I have to run webui-user.bat in order to download the dependencies, I get this error message:

Creating venv in directory venv using python "C:\msys64\mingw64\bin\python.exe"
venv "C:\Stable Diffusion\stable-diffusion-webui\venv\Scripts\Python.exe"
The system cannot find the path specified.

I checked inside the "venv" folder and there is indeed no folder called "Scripts" inside it. I'm unsure how to to go about this problem, am I missing some files?

Why is your python executable in the msys64 directory? Either you need elevated privileges to execute python.exe or you don't python added to the system's PATH environment variable.
Once you do that, you can test run, in your situation, execute python -m venv C:\Stable Diffusion\stable-diffusion-webui\venv\ from your terminal.

So about the python executable being in msys64, I'm not really sure I simply installed python with all the default settings using the installer. I also checked and python is indeed added to the PATH (I have attached an image). Lastly after running the command you provided, I got this output:

Unfortunately after doing this I am still running into the exact same problem, where there is no Scripts/Python.exe inside of the venv folder.
