yes, if you enable the --api and --listen more than one user can connect, at least this works for me there may be other ways as well. Requests are queued up and processed in order.

Is it added in COMMANDLINEARGS in the webui user. bat file?

yes, but there are currently some issues with the api in the latest update, works great in older versions
you might also want to set up a cloudflare tunnel to make connections easier. Theres an extension for that
