I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits

What would your feature do ?

Using stable cascade model: https://stability.ai/news/introducing-stable-cascade

Proposed workflow

Would want to be able to just import it and find information on what settings to use

Duplicate of #13280 -- Stable Cascade is based on the Würstchen model architecture. Closing.
