[Feature Request] Ability to Select VAEs Within the UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With individuals now able to create and release their own Hypernetworks and VAEs, it would be useful if:
1. Hypernetworks could be chosen using a global dropdown menu, analogous to how stable diffusion checkpoints are currently selected This can be already achieved, see replies.
2. VAEs could be specified within the UI, rather than needing to rename files. Ideally this would also be achieved using another global dropdown menu

Attached is a mockup of what an updated UI might look like:

At the bottom of settings you can define what's in the top bar by changing Quicksettings List. (for example, I use sd_model_checkpoint,sd_hypernetwork,CLIP_stop_at_last_layers)

There is no dropdown for VAE as far as I know though.
