[Bug]: bad generation quality

What happened?

After some point, the generation quality became poor with any model/sampler

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to WebUI
2. Press Generate button
3. Get a picture of poor quality

What should have happened?

normal image quality

Additional information

High resolution compensates a little for the quality to about the level of the old 512x512 but you can also see image artifacts even with Hires.fix 1024x1024

That looks how it should, based on your prompts. I ran your images through PNG Info, and it looks like they are coming from different models. Your CFG is way too high. Your prompt is what is doing this. If you want to upscale an image, get "Ultimate SD Upscale" and use that in img2img. Try this image generation data to verify that it is working correctly. If so, you should close this bug report:

Okay maybe it was my craziness caused by a lot of coincidences but what is eta? This panel appears only if I run the picture generated in stable.art into PNG info and click send to txt2img. This setting allowed me to generate images similar to the old seeds and images exactly the same as in stable.art
