Design generic worker (baking-server redesign)

The baking-server has been exclusively used for baking-tasks and recently other blender tasks. The idea is to reform the baking-server as a container or worker that can execute a various range of different tasks, not only blender tasks. Create a proposal and design sheet for a generic "worker"-server.
