Refactor module list and add tracking status

Major features

• Refactor displayed list such that tracked module overrides archived module if required (for example in the find command, we need to know if the module is already tracked)
• Add a status to indicate if a module is tracked or not
• Resolves As a user, I want to know that I am looking at a tracked module #84

Example:

List shows tracked modules

After executing find mod\ cs2, we can see that the modules cs2101 and cs2103t are still tracked
