Add tests to improve code test coverage

Fix commented out tests in AddCommandTest, NewDeckCommandTest and AddressBookTest
Add tests to DeckNameTest, DeckTest, BinaryScoringTest, ScoreTest

SampleDataUtil.java

Fix SampleDataUtil.java to show sample data when json file is missing - shows two sample decks with sample entries

Update user guide stats portion
