When building with DNNE, this message is emitted:

LINK : /LTCG specified but no code generation required; remove /LTCG from the link command line to improve linker performance

Besides adding noise to the build, it suggests a perf improvement is possible.

See microsoft/vs-threading#1138 for a repro.
