Yemen IPCC is a simple app to inject network configuration files (.ipcc) in Yemen — made by Abdullah Albanna.
The whole thing is written in Python/Tk for now, built for Windows, Mac and Linux.

-d, --debug- Runs the app with debug mode
-df, --debug-file- Runs the app with debug mode and saves the logs to a temporary file (run
