PETSc for Partial Differential Equations is a book I am writing on using PETSc for numerically solving partial differential equations. A publication contract for the book was signed with SIAM Press.
This repository contains the codes upon which the book is based. They will remain here for the long term, and be maintained.
To compile and run the example C codes see README.md in the c/ subdirectory.
Please contact the author (elbueler@alaska.edu) for a recent PDF draft. The development of the book itself, i.e. the LaTeX sources and figure files, has been moved into a private repo.
