Describe the bug

In Conformance Rules view in Menas, for MappingTableConformanceRules, the #. title is missing.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:

  1. Go to a dataset with conformance rules setup (at least one of them being mapping conformance rule)
  2. View Conformance rules
  3. See the title of the CR missing while CRs of other types have their H2 titles.

Expected behavior

All CRs should have this title.
