This pull request adds the getSteemWorldShortName(world) function.

Allows to get the short name of a steem based world.

  • Works as expected
  • Loads without errors

Added the getSteemWorldShortName(world) function which returns the short name of the steem world. This reduces the size and adds easier maintainability.
