It's more an issue with system.System.rez_bin_path but you get my drift.

The rez_bin_path method is currently looking for lib and lib64 directories in the rez module path. The problem is that on windows it's Lib. The check should be on lowercase strings.

Experiencing this issue in version 2.69.6.
