Colorization is currently disabled by default in rezconfig.py due to issues with colorama on windows. This should be enough, but it is also hard prevented in colorize.py for the windows platform. I did some successful testing with colorization on windows with the new Windows Terminal and Powershell hence we should disable the enforced block and rely on the config setup. The notes on windows issues should go into rezconfig then to keep them around for now.
