Include macOS automatic builder procedure and tests #106

Hello!

This PR closes #104

We have performed the following changes:

Added compilation test in macOS 11.
Added unit tests in macOS 11 and Windows Server 2019.
Included macOS package install and run test.
Added macOS 11 package build test and improved windows one.
Bump source code to 0.4.6.
Created macOS package folder with license, conclusion and welcome files for PKG installer
Created installer UI images, light and dark mode.
Added postinstall package script.
Created builder package script.
Created distribution XML file with package specification.
Added launchd file to allow auto start of FIM.
Minor fixes over macOS and Windows unit tests and config.
