Readme seems to be missing info on adding/learning/discovering energenie 'Control & Monitor' or 'Monitor' devices.

I.E. Hold down button on device and....

I have "monitoring": true in the config, but cannot see how to add new 'Control & Monitor' or 'Monitor' devices.

Similar to the learning mode from node-red "The device config node will open and perform an auto-scan; after 10 seconds it returns a list of devices that it has found. If your device is not found you can force it to transmit a 'join' request by holding the button on the device for 5 seconds. You can click the search button as many times as you like if the device is not found."

Ah, I see it auto-discovers and adds anything around, fair enough.

My issue was fixed (one of my smart Plug+'s was not showing up in MQTT auto discovery, no data in homeassistant/switch/ener314rt/5623-switch etc) by clearing out it's instance in "energenie/2/5623"

Do we still need to put instructions regarding:
"If your device is not found you can force it to transmit a 'join' request by holding the button on the device for 5 seconds" so similar?
