Beta Release Fix
- I was learning typescript and forgot to compile two files before release, causing MODULE_NOT_FOUND error
- Also found another problem where I wasn't catching AxiosErrors correctly
- Imports are finally working correctly
- Increased minTime on Bottleneck due to ratelimit problems on restart
